1. Overview
This online store is operated by SOLSELI ("we", "us"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
2. Using the store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from us. You may not use our products or store for any unlawful purpose, to breach any regulation, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
3. Our products
We display our products and their colours as accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee how they appear on your screen. Product descriptions and ingredient lists are provided in good faith.
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing in our store is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether an ingredient suits you, speak to a doctor before use. We recommend patch-testing any new product before applying it fully.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to price accurately, but if an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, or that are placed for resale without our agreement.
6. Shipping and refunds
Our delivery estimates and our position on returns are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
7. Accuracy of information
Content in our store is provided for general information. We may update it at any time but are not obliged to. Relying on it is at your own risk.
8. Third-party links and tools
Our store may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
9. Intellectual property
The SOLSELI name, logo, product photography and store content are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.
10. Feedback and submissions
If you send us ideas, reviews or other material, you grant us the right to use, edit and publish it. We are not obliged to keep it confidential or to compensate you for it.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may decline service or end your access to the store at any time for breach of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOLSELI is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction.
