How our shipping works
SOLSELI products are made to order rather than picked from a warehouse shelf. Your total delivery time is two stages added together:
- Production — your order is made, packed and prepared.
- Shipping — the carrier delivers it to your address.
Estimated total delivery time
- North America — 8 to 14 business days
- Rest of world — 10 to 23 business days
- Australia and New Zealand — 12 to 31 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees.
What can add time
- Orders of 30 or more units may require additional production time.
- Customs clearance on international orders is outside our control.
- Carrier delays during peak periods.
Expedited shipping shortens the carrier stage only, not production. Choosing a faster shipping method will not reduce the time it takes to make your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the fulfilment facility. If it has been more than five business days beyond the top of the estimated range, email contact@solseli.com and we will chase the carrier.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund them.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address may not be refundable.
